Service Fees

Initial consultation: complimentary
Off the shelf itinerary and travel management (up to 4 people): $150 per person
Custom itinerary and travel management (up to 4 people): $400 per itinerary
Private group itinerary and travel management (5+ people): $150 per person
Fundraiser or affinity group itinerary and travel management (10 or more people): $1,000 per itinerary
Traveling assistant (physically with you during the trip - up to 3 weeks): $2,000 + per person cost of itinerary)
Video diary of your trip: complimentary!
Other terms and conditions will be discussed during the consultation call.

We are committed to planning the travel experience that is just right for you! We invest our time researching destinations and experiences, vetting and working with travel partners to develop your itinerary, and making sure your trip is all that you imagine it could be.  Thus, we charge a service fee to compensate our efforts.
